Ingredients:


  • 1 cup flour made from oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 2 eggs (organic if possible)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice (add more if needed)
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar (add if the protein powder is unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Optional toppings:

  • Honey
  • Maple syrup
  • Agave

Directions:


  1. Make oat flour by pulsing oats in a food processor.
  2. Preheat the waffle maker.
  3. Mix all ingredients well.
  4. Pour about ½ cup batter into the waffle maker, and cook until done.
  5. Enjoy with banana slices, berries, or fruit of choice.
