Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour made from oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 2 eggs (organic if possible)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice (add more if needed)
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar (add if the protein powder is unsweetened)
- 1 tsp baking powder
Optional toppings:
- Honey
- Maple syrup
- Agave
Directions:
- Make oat flour by pulsing oats in a food processor.
- Preheat the waffle maker.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Pour about ½ cup batter into the waffle maker, and cook until done.
- Enjoy with banana slices, berries, or fruit of choice.
