Ingredients:
- 3 frozen ripe bananas
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Unsweetened shredded coconut to top
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth cream is formed.
- Place matcha cream in a freezer safe container.
- Take the ice cream to the freezer for a couple of hours.
- If the ice cream is too frozen, let it thaw a bit before serving.
- Enjoy with coconut shreds or other toppings of choice.
