Ingredients:
- 4 Yukon Potatoes, quartered
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of pink himalayan salt
- 1 tsp o garlic powder (optional)
- Dash of black pepper
Directions:
- Over high heat bring 6 cups of water to boil.
- Add potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.
- Once potatoes are cooked, strain and add to a mixing bowl.
- Mash potatoes, and add olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix to combine ingredients well, achieving a creamy texture.
- Let cool, and enjoy!
