Ingredients:


  • 4 Yukon Potatoes, quartered
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of pink himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp o garlic powder (optional)
  • Dash of black pepper

Directions:


  1. Over high heat bring 6 cups of water to boil.
  2. Add potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Once potatoes are cooked, strain and add to a mixing bowl.
  4. Mash potatoes, and add olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Mix to combine ingredients well, achieving a creamy texture.
  6. Let cool, and enjoy!
