Ingredients:


  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2-3 tbsp water (adjust for texture)
  • 1 pinch garlic
  • Sea salt (adjust to taste)

Directions:


  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together tahini, maca, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.

  2. Add maple syrup, garlic powder, and sea salt.

  3. Slowly add water, 1 Tbsp at a time, whisking until it reaches your desired consistency.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. Shake or stir before each use.
