Ingredients:
- 6 oz. gluten-free pasta
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- Coconut oil to grease the pan
- 2 cups pasta sauce
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp basil
- 4 scoops unflavored protein powder
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- Pink himalayan salt as needed
Directions:
- Cook the pasta according to the directions on the packaging.
- Add sauce to pasta and set aside.
- Add beef to a pan, and cook until browned with coconut oil, onion, garlic, and salt.
- Mix cottage cheese, salt, basil, oregano, and protein powder in a separate bowl.
- In a baking dish, layer pasta, meat, and cottage cheese mixture, and top with extra cottage cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees F.
