Ingredients:


  • 6 oz. gluten-free pasta
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • Coconut oil to grease the pan
  • 2 cups pasta sauce
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 4 scoops unflavored protein powder
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • Pink himalayan salt as needed

Directions:


  1. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the packaging.
  2. Add sauce to pasta and set aside.
  3. Add beef to a pan, and cook until browned with coconut oil, onion, garlic, and salt.
  4. Mix cottage cheese, salt, basil, oregano, and protein powder in a separate bowl.
  5. In a baking dish, layer pasta, meat, and cottage cheese mixture, and top with extra cottage cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees F.
