Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup of almond or cashew milk (make your own by soaking almondsor cashews)
  • 2 tbsp of raw cashew nuts (save a few for the topping)
  • 1/2 tbsp of raw maca powder
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp of granola
  • Bananas

Directions:


  1. In a mason jar or container, pour all ingredients (except granola); mix well.
  2. Cover the container (or jar), and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with granola, bananas, cinnamon, and cashews right before eating.
  4. Enjoy!
