Ingredients:


  • 4 cups warm water
  • 1 tbsp liquid chlorophyll
  • 2 tbsp Epsom salt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp agar agar
  • 5 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp black seed oil

Directions:


  1. In a saucepan, heat 2 cups of water until steaming. Sprinkle in the agar agar and whisk continuously until fully dissolved and smooth.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in the chlorophyll, Epsom salt, vinegar, peppermint essential oil, black seeds, and baking soda.

  3. Add 2 cups of cool water to bring the mixture to a comfortable temperature

  4. Pour into a shallow basin or foot soak container and let it sit for about 10 minutes, until it sets into a soft, jelly-like consistency.

  5. Slip your feet in and gently break up the jelly for a soothing, massaging experience.
