
Gut-Loving Pomegranate Smoothie
This smoothie is creamy, fruit and just the right amount of sweet. You´ve got pomegranate, blueberries, almond butter, and a touch of cinnamon for flavor, plus flax seeds and beet powder for that extra boost. It´s a simple blend that feels like a treat but helps you feel your best, inside and out.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk or 5 tbsp coconut milk powder + 12 oz water
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries/powder
- 2 tsp pomegranate juice powder
- 1 tsp beet powder
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional, for blood sugar support)
- 1 scoop probiotic powder (stirred in after blending)
- Stevia (liquid) (adjust to taste)
Directions:

Pour the coconut milk (or mix coconut milk powder with water) into your blender.

Add flax seeds, almond butter, blueberries, pomegranate powder, collagen powder, beet powder, cinnamon (if using), and liquid stevia to taste

Blend until smooth and creamy.

After blending, gently stir in the probiotic powder using a spoon. Do not blend it.
