Ingredients:


  • 24 oz. of dark, dairy-free chocolate
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. of golden berries
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. of white mulberries
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. of goji berries
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. of sunflower seed
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. of shelled almonds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. of coconut oil

Directions:


  1. Spread out parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
  2. Mix all berries, seeds, and almonds in a bowl together.
  3. Chop chocolate and melt with coconut oil using double broiler or water bath.
  4. Using a spoon, scoop out chocolate and make small circles on parchment paper. You can do any shape you like. (Do one at a time and sprinkle with fruit, seeds, and nut mix)
  5. Let it set or place in refrigerator to chill.
