Ingredients:
- 24 oz. of dark, dairy-free chocolate
- 1 1/2 tbsp. of golden berries
- 1 1/2 tbsp. of white mulberries
- 1 1/2 tbsp. of goji berries
- 1 1/2 tbsp. of sunflower seed
- 1 1/2 tbsp. of shelled almonds
- 1 1/2 tbsp. of coconut oil
Directions:
- Spread out parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
- Mix all berries, seeds, and almonds in a bowl together.
- Chop chocolate and melt with coconut oil using double broiler or water bath.
- Using a spoon, scoop out chocolate and make small circles on parchment paper. You can do any shape you like. (Do one at a time and sprinkle with fruit, seeds, and nut mix)
- Let it set or place in refrigerator to chill.
