Ingredients:
- 2 oz. or 1 shot espresso or cold coffee
- 1 tsp caramel flavored stevia
- Cacao powder
- Chocolate syrup
- Coffee beans
- Ice cubes
Directions:
- Grind fresh coffee beans, and brew one cup of coffee or espresso.
- Add the fresh coffee, stevia, and ice cubes to a shaker; place it in the freezer while you set up the glass.
- Add chocolate syrup to the rim of the glass.
- Take the coffee mixture, and shake it vigorously to create a foam.
- Strain into a glass.
- Cover the top half of the glass with paper, and dust the other half with cocoa powder.
- Garnish the plain side (the side without the cocoa powder) with coffee beans.
