Ingredients:


  • 12 oz. firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp. of coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp. of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp. of turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp. vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. of pink himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp. of ground garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. of dried minced onion
  • 1 stalk of celery (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp. of black pepper black pepper

Directions:


  1. Press tofu firmly with a towel for a few minutes.
  2. Cut and crumble the tofu into a bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to tofu and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve in a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
