Ingredients:
- 12 oz. firm tofu
- 1 tbsp. of coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp. of nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. of turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp. vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. of pink himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp. of ground garlic
- 1/2 tsp. of dried minced onion
- 1 stalk of celery (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. of black pepper black pepper
Directions:
- Press tofu firmly with a towel for a few minutes.
- Cut and crumble the tofu into a bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients to tofu and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Serve in a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
