Ingredients:

  • 2 cups natural unsweetened yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp of granola
  • A handful of dried berries
  • Alternatively, 1-2 tbsp of your favorite fruit spread

To naturally color yogurt, add ¼ tsp of:

  • Beet powder (for pink color)
  • Acai powder (for purple color)
  • Turmeric powder (for yellow color)
  • Matcha powder (for green color)
  • Cinnamon (for brown color)
  • Cacao powder (for brown color)

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine unsweetened yogurt and honey; mix well.
  2. To make the yogurt "eggs" in different colors, split the honey yogurt into different small bowls; add ¼ tsp of natural coloring powders into each one, and mix well.
  3. Using an egg-shaped silicone mold, add about 1 tsp of the yogurt mix to fill each opening halfway.
  4. Add berries and granola to every yogurt "egg." You can push it into the yogurt with the back of a spoon.
  5. Top each "egg" with the leftover yogurt.
  6. Place the silicon mold in the freezer, and leave overnight.
  7. To serve, remove from the silicone mold, and let set at room temperature for a couple of minutes.
