Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 4 tbsp. vegan mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. of pink himalayan salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. of paprika
Directions:
- Boil eggs for about 10-15 min and let them cool.
- Cut each egg in half lengthwise and remove the egg yolks from each egg.
- Add the egg yolks into a clean bowl and mix with all ingredients, except for paprika.
- Scoop yolk mixture with a spoon back into each egg white.
- Sprinkle eggs with paprika.
