Deviled Eggs

These eggs are devilishly good! Infused with turmeric, they'll be a party favorite with an extra added healthy kick.

Ingredients:


  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tbsp. vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. of pink himalayan salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. of paprika

Directions:


  1. Boil eggs for about 10-15 min and let them cool.
  2. Cut each egg in half lengthwise and remove the egg yolks from each egg.
  3. Add the egg yolks into a clean bowl and mix with all ingredients, except for paprika.
  4. Scoop yolk mixture with a spoon back into each egg white.
  5. Sprinkle eggs with paprika.
