Ingredients:
- 3 cups of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of flax seed
- 3/4 cup of agave
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until combined.
- Place granola in a baking pan (make sure to cover baking pan with parchment paper).
- Bake for 20 minutes (or until golden) making sure to safely stir granola occasionally so that all of granola is consistently crunchy and golden. For crunch fanatics: after the granola baked for 20 minutes, I turned off the oven and left the granola in there with oven door closed for about 20 extra minutes. This made it a little crunchier.
- Let cool and store in air tight container.
