Ingredients:

For the cauliflower bites:

  • 1 small head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp onion
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for baking or air frying)

For the spicy tahini dip:

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp warm water (adjust for consistency)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings:

  • Nuts
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease the baking sheet with a small amount of coconut oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and sea salt.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the whisked eggs, then coat it  in the flour mixture. Shake off any excess and place them on the baking sheet. Lightly brush or spray with coconut oil for extra crispiness.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. If using an air fryer, cook at 375°F for 15-18 minutes.
  5. While the cauliflower bakes, whisk together all the dip ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Add a little more water if needed to get your preferred consistency.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
