Ingredients:
- 1 cup of vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of flour made from oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Directions:
- Grind oats in a food processor.
- In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients with a spoon until they’re blended well.
- Shape dough into bars and place in the fridge to set for an hour.
- Store in a closed container.
