Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of flour made from oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Directions:


  1. Grind oats in a food processor.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients with a spoon until they’re blended well.
  3. Shape dough into bars and place in the fridge to set for an hour.
  4. Store in a closed container.
