Ingredients:


  • 4 cups of unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup of almond meal (make you own by grinding almonds)
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • 2 tsp of melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp of water

Directions:


  1. Combine 3 cups of shredded coconut with the almond meal, syrup, and coconut oil in a food processor or high-speed blender.
  2. Start adding water slowly until you get the dough consistency you desire.
  3. Pour remainder cup of shredded coconut on a cutting board or plate.
  4. Decorate each snowball by rolling them on the shredded coconut.
  5. Place each ball on parchment paper and store in the refrigerator.
