Ingredients:
Ingredients for healthy condensed milk (make in advance):
- 14 oz. coconut milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
Ingredients for bars:
- 9 ounces graham crackers
- 1 1/2 cups of butter, melted
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1.75 oz. of almonds
- 1.75 oz. of hazelnuts
- 1.75 oz. of pecans
- 1.75 oz. of walnuts
Directions:
For Condensed milk
- Bring coconut milk to a boil in a saucepan
- Lower heat and add honey
- Stir until honey is dissolved
- Let simmer for 25- 35 minutes. on medium heat, stir often
For Bars
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
- In a plastic bag, crush graham crackers with a rolling pin
- Mix the crackers and melted butter
- Press the mixture evenly into an 8-inch cake pan
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the crackers
- Spread the mixture of nuts evenly on top
- Pour condensed milk
- Bake for 25 minutes. Let the cookies cool down completely before cutting
