Ingredients:


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter (unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 scoop unflavored or chocolate plant-based protein blends
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp creatine monohydrate (micronized)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened plant milk (almond or coconut)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Optional Toppings:

  • Shredded coconut
  • Hemp seeds
  • Extra cacao powder

Directions:


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cacao powder, protein powder, and creatine powder. Stir until evenly mixed.

  2. Add almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix with a spatula or hands until it starts to bind.

  3. Slowly add plant milk, 1 tbsp at a time, until the mixture holds together without being sticky.

  4. Roll into 1-inch balls using your hands.

  5. If desired, roll bites in shredded coconut, hemp seeds, or cacao for added texture.
