
Chocolate Creatine Power Bites
These no-bake bites are perfect for pre- or post-workout fuel. They combine plant protein, clean carbs, and creatine to support energy, recovery, and muscle strength. Naturally sweetened and made with just a handful of ingredients, no dairy, no gluten, and no excuses.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop unflavored or chocolate plant-based protein blends
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp creatine monohydrate (micronized)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened plant milk (almond or coconut)
- Pinch of sea salt
Optional Toppings:
- Shredded coconut
- Hemp seeds
- Extra cacao powder
Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cacao powder, protein powder, and creatine powder. Stir until evenly mixed.

Add almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix with a spatula or hands until it starts to bind.

Slowly add plant milk, 1 tbsp at a time, until the mixture holds together without being sticky.

Roll into 1-inch balls using your hands.

If desired, roll bites in shredded coconut, hemp seeds, or cacao for added texture.
