Ingredients:
- 2 cups of fresh chopped broccoli
- 3 organic eggs
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 small chopped shallot
- 1/2 tsp of oregano
- 1/2 tbsp of flax seed
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup of shredded cheese of choice
- 1 cup of oat flour (make your own by grinding oats)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Make your own oat flour by grinding oats in food processor.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs. Mix in salt, garlic powder, shallot, oregano, flaxseed, and white pepper.
- Lastly, add shredded cheese, oat flour, and broccoli. Mix with spoon until evenly combined.
- Fill muffin cups with mix.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Note: Best when served warm.
