Baked Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:


  • 4-5 organic chicken breasts (skin & bones removed)
  • 1/4 cup of almond flour
  • 1 pinch of pink himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp. of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. of paprika
  • 1 tsp. of cumin
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • (Alternatively use avocado oil)

Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Cut chicken into small chunks and place in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix almond flour with all seasonings.
  4. Coat chicken chunks with seasoning and flour mix and then pour melted oil on top.
  5. Bake for 20 min.
