Ingredients:
- 4-5 organic chicken breasts (skin & bones removed)
- 1/4 cup of almond flour
- 1 pinch of pink himalayan salt
- 1 tsp. of garlic powder
- 1 tsp. of paprika
- 1 tsp. of cumin
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- (Alternatively use avocado oil)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Cut chicken into small chunks and place in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix almond flour with all seasonings.
- Coat chicken chunks with seasoning and flour mix and then pour melted oil on top.
- Bake for 20 min.
