Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp of chocolate flavored protein powder
- 3 tbsp of coconut sugar (depends on sugar in protein powder)
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- 2 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 ripe banana
Directions:
- In a food processor blend all ingredients until a smooth mix is formed.
- Transfer mixture in small bowl and place in freezer for 1 hour to set.
- Remove mousse from freezer and top with extra almond butter and coconut flakes.
