Ingredients:


  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 cup flour made of oats
  • 2 servings collagen powder
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:


  1. In a bowl, mix the almond butter, honey, oat flour, collagen powder, and vanilla extract until fully blended. Set aside.
  2. Coat each paper-lined mini muffin cup with 1 tsp of melted chocolate.
  3. Spoon a ball of almond butter filling into the chocolate cups.
  4. Top off with additional chocolate.
  5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
