Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 cup flour made of oats
- 2 servings collagen powder
- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix the almond butter, honey, oat flour, collagen powder, and vanilla extract until fully blended. Set aside.
- Coat each paper-lined mini muffin cup with 1 tsp of melted chocolate.
- Spoon a ball of almond butter filling into the chocolate cups.
- Top off with additional chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
