  I had been taking this item for some time, then it was out of stock for months and I forgot why I was taking it. Found out my blood pressure was increasing and then discovered this product may help with that. I began to order this again and 3 months later, my blood pressure is normal. I am 60 and it went from the 150's and 160's over 94 to 104 to 125/84 and 119/80 most recently. I am going to test it on my husband next, will update in a few months.
