Ingredients:
• 1 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS GLUTEN FREE PANCAKE & WAFFLE MIX
• 1 EGG BEATEN‚ OR EGG SUBSTITUTE
• 1 Tbsp OIL
• 2/3 Cup MILK OR WATER
Instructions:
1. PREHEAT griddle over medium high heat or preheat electric griddle to 375°F.
2. STIR ingredients to get rid of large lumps‚ batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
3. SCOOP pancakes onto preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry‚ about 1½ minutes on each side.
Waffles (6") (makes about 2 waffles)
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS GLUTEN FREE PANCAKE & WAFFLE MIX
• 1 EGG BEATEN‚ OR EGG SUBSTITUTE
• 1 Tbsp OIL
• 2/3 Cup MILK OR WATER
Instructions:
1. PREHEAT waffle iron.
2. STIR ingredients to get rid of large lumps‚ batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
3. BAKE batter in a hot waffle iron according to waffle maker manufacturing instructions or until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown.
