Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Makes one medium crust
2/3 cup Navitas Organics® Cauliflower Flour
2/3 cup shredded mozzarella
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 eggs‚ lightly beaten
1/3 cup water
+ Desired pizza toppings
Heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the eggs and water and mix by hand until a soft dough forms. Place the dough in the center of the baking sheet and press down into a 1/4" thick circle.
Bake for 12 minutes‚ remove from oven and top as desired. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy!
