Almond Butter Blondies
Ingredients:
• 2 1/2 cups Barney Bakery Blanched Almond Flour
• 1 teaspoon Baking soda
• 1 cup Chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup Melted coconut oil
• 1/2 cup Honey
• 1/2 cup Almond butter
• 2 Eggs
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla
• Dash of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl‚ then add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
3. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Grease 8"x8" baking dish and spread mixture evenly along the bottom.
5. Bake for 25 minutes‚ until golden.
6. Let cool on wire racks and enjoy!
