Gentle on stomach and good formulas.

I am very sensitive in many ways, also psychic, a certified classical homeopath and master herbalist I have to use veggie caps, not hard tablets as I don't feel hard tablets break down or as accessible to the body. They are also a lower dose as I dislike super pumped up vitamins as the body excretes a lot of them anyway. Too much vitamin A or other vitamins can be contraindicated in many instances so I like that this gives me the ability to take more or little as I feel. Prenatal Multi by Nature's Way are very good vitamins for a good price. I live and eat well and I only take 1 a day. As a side note I did conceive while taking these though that was not the intent and though I don't attribute conception to the vitamins in any way, it was a bit of a smile. I used to take Thompson vitamins but they really bothered by system

    Pros

      Everything!

    Cons

More calcium would be nice but they are perfect for me.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
