  • Plant sterols can work to support heart health‚ and are key components as cell membranes. They're also known as phytosterols‚ and although they are natural plant molecules‚ a supplement may be a more convenient source. The standard Western non-vegetarian diet tends to provide fewer phytosterols; furthermore‚ processing tends to remove phytosterols from vegetable oils.

Phytosterol Complex by PhysioLogics provides a synergystic mixture of three types of sterol esters derived from soybeans. This combination consists of beta sitosterol‚ stigmasterol‚ and campesterol. This particular formula provides sufficient levels of phytosterols that may help you maintain already healthy cholesterol levels‚ possibly because they can compete with other sterols for absorption in the intestines.

Additionally‚ beta sitosterol and other plant sterols may support prostate health in men.

Take two softgels twice a day with your two largest meals in order to support cardiovascular health. At the recommended dosage‚ each 100-capsule bottle of PhysioLogics' Phytosterol Complex with Beta Sitosterol should last for about one month.

    Good one

This is my first time of taking Phytosterol Complex I am taking this in order to reduce my Cholesterol levels mine has gone to 250. 150 points more than the normal range. I am happy that the container is made of Glass. The dosage usually is supposed to have 1 gram / 1000 mg each per Caplet. I have no difficulty in consuming at all....! I have not got my blood work done yet so can not comment on its effectiveness but keep you posted once I get it.

Blue Glass container seems to be a good product

I would recommend this item to a friend.
