Description
Panacur C Canine Dewormer is typically used to treat hookworms‚ roundworms‚ tapeworms‚ and whipworms in dogs. It is used by veterinarians to treat other parasites as well. The usual dose for dogs is one packet‚ based on weight‚ given once a day for 3 consecutive days. The medication can be mixed with a small amount of the animals usual food. Dry dog food may require slight moistening to allow for proper mixing. Treats several parasites and may added to pets food for easy administration.

*Packet size is the daily dose. The dog must treated with this dose for 3 days in arrow.
-You should weight your dog to make sure you are using the right size and number of packets. If your dogs weight is in-between the suggested dosing sizes‚ it is safe to use the next higher size. For example‚ a 15-pounds dogs should be treated with 2-grams packet.
-Give Panacur C to your dog by mixing the daily dose with a small amount of the usual food. Make sure your dog eats all of medicated food. You may need to moisten dry dog food to aid mixing.
-Repeat the daily dose for three days in a row.
Recommended use Deworming Schedule: Deworming schedule may vary depending on the climate where you live and the activity of you dog. The following schedule should be used as general guidance. Newly weaned pups (6to 8 weeks of age) should be dewormed at 6‚ 8‚ 10 and 12 weeks of age. Treat the dam at the same time as the puppies. Dogs over six month of age should be dewormed at least twice each year. Each deworming requires 3 daily treatment. (See directions)

Adverse Warning: In US clinical studies 3 of 240 dogs (about 1% of the treated dogs) has vomiting associated with use of the product.

Dogs can become infected with several different kinds of tapeworms. Panacur C only kills Taenia species of tapeworms. If you continue to see tapeworms segments in your dogs stool after treatment with Panacur C‚ consult your veterinarian.
