Health Concerns’ Osteoherbal is an herbal supplement that could potentially work to maintain bone health.
Notably‚ Osteoherbal contains a blend of Chinese herbs formulated by Dr. Fung in order to aid in preserving bone mass as you get older.
Two of the primary ingredients in every serving of Osteoherbal are lu jin and gui jao. According to proponents of traditional Chinese medicine‚ both of these herbs may work to strengthen the bones as well as the sinews (tendons and ligaments) that are responsible for holding them together.
In addition‚ rehmannia (shu di huang) might work to relieve mild pain due to its anti-inflammatory properties. As a result‚ this supplement could potentially alleviate certain symptoms associated with minor falls. Finally‚ cistanche (rou cong rong) may help address mild pain in the knees or lower back.
Take three tablets three times daily between meals. At the recommended serving size‚ each 90-tablet bottle of Osteoherbal by Health Concerns should last for about 10 days.
