    Excellent for Constipation.

    My mom and I take Organic Triple FiberMax Powder for our occasional constipation. It helps our bowel movements go smooth. LOL. you have to get to used to the taste. it is not bad, especially for me who is a picky eater. I am very sensitive when it comes to taste and smell. This is more better and healthier choice to take rather than psyllium husk or that artificial stuff Metamucil. I put mine in the fridge to keep it cool and fresh.
