Overall Rating for Omega 3-6-9 Essential Oils with Flax, Fish, Borage Oils - 60 Softgels
from Des Moines, IA
So far so good!
I haven't been taking Omega 3-6-9 by Good and Natural for an extended period of time, but I have had no side effects that some Omegas can give you (i.e. belching fish).
The fact that it has all 3 Omegas.
The capsules are somewhat large just so you are prepared.
√ I would recommend this item to a friend.
