OcuGuard® Omega 60 Softgels from Twinlab® may support better eye health. This dietary supplement consists of Omega-3 fish oils (EPA and DHA). This along with Lutein‚ Vitamin D3 and Zeaxanthin may go a long way in promoting better vision and clarity.
There are certain studies that state that fish-based supplements may lower triglyceride levels in the body. People who have high levels of triglycerides in their body are prone to heart conditions; therefore it is very essential to lower the elevated levels of triglycerides.
Our modern day lifestyle may not permit us to take foods rich in EPA and DHA‚ this is why we may consider these Twinlab® supplements essential. It is widely believed that fish oils boost joint health and may also play a pivotal role in enhancing better mood.
This supplement also contains Lutein which is essentially a carotenoid vitamin. Many people believe that Lutein is an ‘eye vitamin’ and helps prevent age-related eye conditions.
Zeaxanthin‚ like Lutein is a carotenoid vitamin. It is believed that Zeaxanthin and lutein are present in high concentrations in the macula of the eye and may help absorb excess light rays (blue light). This may help in the well-being of the retina.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is found in fish oils and is an essential vitamin necessary for the human body. This vitamin helps in better bone health and may also be necessary to help maintain mental acuity.

No more floaters!
Floaters and lightening flashes not a fun thing to see:) It is very distracting as you can imagine. I asked my eye dr. if there was any kind of supplement I could take for this. He suggested Lutein. As I researched the products online I felt to try this one. I have been taking this about 9 months and rarely ever see a floater. Lightening flashes are gone. I take the recommended dose of 2 a day. Highly recommend this.
