  I Take this soak every day and it completely changes my mood. The few days I forgot to take it and noticed at work that I was off, and more emotional. This definitely is a natural way to balance out mental stress.

  Flower Remedies have helped to teach me that a negative state of mind/emotions can be a kind of illusion. The world can look like a prison or a turmoil at one moment then after a drop of the right flower remedy resume its beauty and order. Get BACH FLOWER THERAPY by Mechthild Scheffer (or some other book) and remember to look in it for help when your world or your friends world is falling apart. I give Oak to my husband who keeps his shoulder to the grindstone no matter what -- but sometimes he should really stop and take time to balance. Flower Remedies are a gift! Remember what Clarissa Pinkola Estés says in THE TAO OF ELVIS “...whatever and whomever we love never die."
