  • Niacin is an essential B-Vitamin (B-3). Niacin is involved in the normal metabolism of fats and fat-like substances such as cholesterol. Niacin taken in a single 500 mg dose often causes flushing or itching. Carlson Niacin-Time is prepared to minimize or eliminate these unpleasant side effects by providing a gradual release of Niacin over a period of several hours.

    NOT non-flushing Niacin

If you are looking for a Niacin time released formula to avoid flushing, Niacin-Time by Carlson Labs is not the product for you! I used it one time and had a reaction so bad I thought I was literally on fire. My husband has had one severe reaction and several mild. I wasted money on Niacin-Time!

I can deal with a mild flushing but there is no guarantee your reaction will be mild. Both my husband and I experienced extreme flushing from the top of our heads to our feet making us literally feel like we were on fire!!
