  Jarrow no longer makes the Sustain I had been using for autoimmune issues for years, so I had to make a semi-informed choice and switch. This NAC is not long acting, slow release like the other brand had been but I am finding I am getting the same effectiveness and only had to add a dose a day. These tablets are easy to take and effective. Relieved to have found these.

  I went ahead and purchased 2 bottles of this supplement due to the fact the FDA may take it off the market soon to make it a likely much more expensive prescription medication. This NAC supplement has so many benefits and uses it would take too long to list but for me it has practically made my Anxiety problem disappear and my skin looks much better and has taken on a more healthy skin tone as opposed to being pale like it was. NAC is great at removing toxins and improving lung and liver health and is currently being studied as both a preventative and treatment for Covid-19.
