Ive had serious liver problems over the past several years and NAC N-Acetyl Cysteine helps my liver make glutathione. I notice an improvement in digestion and definitely detoxification. I felt pretty tired the first week of taking it and I believe its due to detox reactions. It smells terrible--like rotten eggs so Im glad its in capsules!
