- Calcium‚ which is important for cardiac‚ musculoskeletal and digestive health.
- Iodine from kelp‚ which helps in the production of thyroid hormones that help regulate your metabolism.
- Manganese‚ which helps the body form connective tissue and sex hormones.
- Potassium‚ which is very important for the normal functioning of all cells.
Minerals‚ like vitamins‚ are essential to human life. Your body stores different amounts of minerals as a reserve for emergencies; it keeps at least five grams of electrolytes (sodium or salt‚ potassium‚ calcium‚ magnesium‚ and other minerals) to carry out vital functions.
Some of the important functions performed by electrolytes or macro-minerals include:
You need larger amounts of the aforementioned macro-minerals than you do of trace minerals like iodine‚ selenium‚ molybdenum‚ and iron. Both macro and micro- minerals are needed in a steady ratio to maintain healthy cells.
You and your doctor will probably know when an essential mineral is lacking from your diet. Warning symptoms may include head pressure or pain‚ dizziness‚ palpitations‚ extreme fatigue‚ nausea‚ and muscle cramps. Some people are deficient in minerals simply because they focus more on their vitamin intake‚ since they’re typically what grab headlines. A supplement that provides essential minerals is a way to remedy this oversight.
Biotics Research’s Multi-Mins Iron & Copper Free tablets are specifically designed to address your health concerns. This mineral supplement is gluten-free and gives you superior nutrients‚ without unnecessary ingredients. For example‚ the standard Western diet tends to already provide sufficient levels of copper and iron; this product allows you to avoid a potential overdose.
The following minerals in Multi-Mins Iron & Copper Free provide the following benefits:
Each bottle of Multi-Mins Iron & Copper Free by Biotics Research contains 120 tablets‚ which is enough to last for about one month‚ depending on your dosage.
Biotics Research is committed to formulating and manufacturing innovative supplements. Its research and development arm is at the forefront of new developments in clinical nutrition‚ discovering and analyzing the benefits of new ingredients. I began taking Multi-Mins by Biotics Research a few years ago after discovering that I needed to supplement with minerals. It makes me feel more balanced.

Great Minerals
I just started taking this multi-mins product along with Biotics Amino Acid Quick-Sorb about 6 months ago...Ive noticed a great improvement in digestion. I add trace minerals to my water but apparently that alone was not enough. Im very happy with the results of using this product in combination with the amino acids.
√ I would recommend this item to a friend.
