I was afraid of Everything
I moved to a new city for the first time in my fifties. I had culture shock and was terrified of being alone, car trouble, being stranded, broke, rude people, etc!! After 2 days taking mimulus my brain "relaxed" and I had the most releasing cry. Things looked and felt completely different after that. Things are in their place. I can breathe again with this Mimulus Dropper by Flower Essence Services.

a great help
Flower Remedies have helped to teach me that a negative state of mind/emotions can be a kind of illusion. The world can look like a prison or a turmoil at one moment then after a drop of the right flower remedy resume its beauty and order. Get BACH FLOWER THERAPY by Mechthild Scheffer (or some other book) and remember to look in it for help when your world or your friends world is falling apart. Mimulus is for fear when you know what you are afraid of. Fear is interesting it can carry useful warnings in which case -- LISTEN TO YOUR FEARS and take action. Or fear can be just an emotional reaction something to let go of. Mimulus can help you center enough to figure out which kind of fear you are feeling. Flower Remedies are a gift! Remember what Thomas Moore says in THE TAO OF ELVIS “... we need spirit not held at a distance... but closer to our everyday souls...”
