  I bought Ionic Magnesium by Trace Minerals Research to try to boost my magnesium because I get muscle cramps often. I liked the idea of trying a liquid magnesium supplement. Unfortunately Ionic Magnesium was not for me. The taste was absolutely disgusting and overwhelming. Adding one drop instead of a full dose makes the experience a lot better, but I need to take a full dose....I had to set this product to the side. Not for me at all.

  I've used Ionic Magnesium 400 mg by Trace Minerals Research to help me be more, ahem, regular. It works the next day for me. I take 3ml at a time.

  This is ionic magnesium. It's easier for our body to absorb. I carry in my purse & eat time I drink any liquid (juice, water, tea) or eat food I drop this. You don't only need a few drops once. I only drop one drop. But I do this many times a day each time I drink or eat. So, it's less dose but more frequent. That's better for our body to take benefit from it. It's convenient small bottle that you can carry around all day and very effective.

  Ionic Magnesium is not for the faint of heart. Its super salty it will burn your tongue consuming it alone even mixed its nasty but you gotta do what you gotta do.
