Dosage

Shake well before use. Adults take one dropper (1 ml) 20 minutes before bedtime‚ or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. May be put on food or mixed with other liquids such a water or juice.

Not to be taken by pregnant or lactating women.

Long-term use of Melatonin has not been studied.

  Did not work, I have tried many other brands that help me to sleep but this did not. Too bad they don’t let you return. My son also tried and did not work. What is surprising is the higher dosage but more does not mean better working product. Do not recommend at all.

  Extremely pleased with this product. Liposomal is the best form for absorption. Clearly marked dropper so you can dose at 8ml or 4ml. Or, anywhere in between. Good tasting. Very effective. Do not feel drugged or dopey before bed or in the AM. Helps you get to sleep and, then stay asleep. The adults and teens in our family use this and find it highly effective. Was using tablets before and those took 30min or so before they began to work. This works fairly quickly and allows for a very gentle drifting off to sleep. Does not make you feel drugged. I routinely must wake to an alarm mid-sleep cycle and I am able function, then get back to sleep afterward. When taking, you may hold under tongue for 30 seconds, but not necessary. Store in a place that is not in direct light. Shake well before dosing.
