      I like to diffuse lavender oil before bed but last time I was shopping for some I found this product. Since it is more cost-effective, I decided to try it out and see if it would make a good substitute. It smells very similar to lavender oil and the fragrance is even a little bit stronger so I can use fewer drops. It works well for me so I plan to keep buying this item instead of lavender oil.
