      I used to take L-Tryptophan by Lidtke regularly then was unable to get it, so I'm pleased that I found this chewable form. Perhaps it will help my problem with insomnia as it used to do. I've only had it a few days, and it seems to be helping. Perhaps if I had been taking it a longer time by now, I would give it another star. Natural remedies must be given time to become more effective; I plan to stick with this product.

      The flavor is interesting. Chewable means that it can get into my system faster and more effectively. Again, I'm happy to get back to using this natural sleep aid. I've heard that turkey contains L-Tryptophan; when I think how drowsy people are after Thanksgiving dinner, they could be right@! *smiles*
