      I ordered these because it 100% RDI in one tablet as I had been taking up to 4 capsules or gummies to get the 100% RDI before. The one tablet is convenient.

      I have to crush pills so lost some of the tablet. Opening a capsules and mixing with water is much easier and I can regulate how many capsules I feel I really need that day. Food has vitamins also, afterall.
