This Human Lactic Commensal (HLC) is used to promote intestinal and digestive health. HLC probiotics are special because unlike most probiotics on the market (which are made from animal or dairy strains)‚ HLC is human-derived. This is important because animal or dairy strains aren’t as effective as HLC.
The digestive system is a delicate one‚ filled with acid and bacteria that—when not present in the right amounts—can cause serious health concerns. Probiotics work to restore the body’s balance of digestive organisms and clear out harmful toxins in the intestines. The main reasons you may have a low count of healthy intestinal bacteria are because of stress‚ unhealthy eating habits‚ and the overuse of antibiotics.
Millions of people take antibiotics when they’re sick with certain infections. Antibiotics are prescribed because they destroy harmful bacteria; but along with destroying harmful bacteria‚ they can also eliminate the good bacterium that is necessary for proper intestinal health. Common symptoms of this include:
HLC High Potency Capsules contain several types of bacteria that are vital to intestinal health. Lactobacillus acidophilus is naturally found in the intestines‚ and is one of the most common probiotics. It helps your body break down food while fighting against ”bad” bacteria. Bifidobacterium bifidum is useful for many reasons – it helps in the synthesis of B-complex vitamins‚ prevents the production of histamine (a chemical that causes allergic reactions)‚ and promotes a healthy digestive system. Bifidobacterium lactis has also shown to prevent diarrhea and constipation by lowering the risk of colon inflammation. Fructooligosaccharides works by promoting magnesium and calcium absorption‚ as well as by promoting healthy bifidobacteria levels in the intestines.
This powder version of HLC High Potency is ideal for those who have difficulty swallowing pills and capsules. This 2.1 oz size bottle should last you for about one month and can be mixed with water or juice. We also offer a more cost-effective 4.1 ounce bottle‚ in addition to a capsule version of this product.
