  • Question:
I googled "empty enteric coated capsules" and your product came up but there is nothing about the enteric coating in the description of the product. I am trying to ingest the capsule but need it to stay intact until it reaches the intestinal tract and have been led to believe that the enteric coating insures this. Can you confirm that the capsules are "enteric"?
Renee R Hrabak on 2/14/2016 Answer:
    • Hi there Renne! The 00 gelatin capsules (as well as other empty capsules we sell) are not enteric coated. Capsules typically dissolve within 10-20 minutes in the warmth, moisture and pH of the stomach.
