Dosage
Add ground or soaked flax seeds to everything you eat. Add 1-2 tablespoons of Flax seeds to smoothies‚ yogurt‚ salads and desserts. Make puddings‚ sauces and dressings. Use in soups‚ oatmeal and all baked goods. Create a throat-soothing or a digestive-soothing tea by boiling 1-2 teaspoons of flax seeds per 1 cup of water. Strain the flax and use the liquid as a demulcent. Add honey or grated ginger. Add 1 teaspoon of Organic Traditions Slippery Elm Powder to the tea or add 1 tablespoon of Organic Traditions Frankincense Resin to the boiling water. Strain and use as a throat tea or gargle.
