Description


EveryDayTM Multi-Vitamin is a comprehensive‚ broad-spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement formulated for everyday use to support proper body functioning. Calcium and magnesium‚ for those on dairy free or special diets‚ are included. This product also contains vitamin B-6 in two different forms — pyridoxine hydrochloride and pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P-5-P). No colors or flavors have been added.

      I have been trying EveryDay Multi Vitamin by Kirkman for years and years to find a multi-vitamin that I could actually like to take and not have a difficult time swallowing. After much searching on the web, I found Kirkman EveryDay Multi-Vitamins. When I first ordered a bottle and saw the size of the capsules, I was shocked - they were small, about 5/8 inches long and about 1/8 in wide - no kidding! Now, it's my speculation that the vitamins are designed for children (I visited their website), but personally I did not care. From that moment, I absolutely fell in love with them and knew these were the vitamins for me. They're not the giant capsules that can feel like they're lodged in your throat; rather, they are small enough to swallow with ease. Although you have to take two (2) of them as instructed, due to their size, both capsules can be swallowed up at once. After I ran out, I started looking on different vitamin websites to compare prices; however, while surfing on the PureFormulas website ( I was a prior customer), not only did find the product, I saw that I could also have it auto-shipped! That sealed the deal for me. Now, if you're worried about the daily value percentage, I will say that although the gram amounts are not mega-sized, the majority of the vitamins meet the 100% DV. The other vitamins are either above or below that amount, which is fine with me. Also, be aware that the product does contain fish, if you have an allergy to seafood; other than that, it's soy, peanut, casein, coloring, etc,, free. In closing, if you're the type of person who hates having that "stuck" feeling in your throat whenever you're swallowing a big capsule, my advice is to give these "little gems" a chance - try them! I think you'll be surprised! The vitamins give the basic everyday nutrients, which is all I need.

      Even though the capsules are small, the vitamin/mineral ingredients are not compromised! They fulfil the daily recommendations a person needs, barring any deficiencies.

      Love the 2 capsules serving of EveryDay Multi-Vitamin by Kirkman, with my high folate diet (oatmeal, raisins, bananas, romaine lettuce, carrots), I usually only need 1 capsule per day, and then add additional supplements (including copper) around it. Wonderful!

      Hypoallergenic, B vitamins with P5P & no paba or inositol (allergic), vitamin A dosage & acetate form, small amounts of choline & glutamine, what's not to like!

      Cons

      No copper, would prefer 1 mg.
