  Well there is not much to say about this other than it is vitamin c. The pills are not that big and there is no aftertaste. They are a bit pricy for the amount you get so I dont think they are worth the extra price.

  I've taken large doses of vitamin C since 1980 and I have never had a bad reaction. I've even used Ester-C before. Could it be that I have recently switched to Orange juice brands " Not From Concentrate"? I must have enough vitamin C in my body now. I just thought I'd bone up my immune system but no need for this supplement!
